Purchased our first VW Campervan from Imperial Car Centre, Neil, Phil & the team are lovely friendly people to deal with, not at all hard selling sales, very knowledgeable about their vans and products, we travelled down from Scotland, Neil kindly offered to picked us up from the train station, nothing is too much trouble for this team, they go above and beyond to cater for you, even passed us onto Howdens insurance who gave us a great price, we would use them again and have passed on their details to others who are interested in buying a campervan

So I decided to take it down to these guys
Because apparently it was imperial In Scunthorpe built it 5 ago
They fixed the problem in 10 mins
New bolt in and greased the roof parts
And the best bit they didn't even charge me anything
Lovely honest people

Absolute pleasure to deal with.
Travelled 2hrs to view a car which we then bought. The guys there on Sunday morning were really friendly and helpful and Neil who we spoke with in the week was also extremely helpful. The car was as described and was spotlessly clean inside and out for us to drive away! We were really impressed from start to finish. (Even helped us with the techno online stuff - thanks, us oldens really appreciate that!) Love our new car - it was just what we'd been looking for "¦.. for weeks, well worth the 2 hour drive !

Bought a new VW Transporter ("Bronzie"), converted to a Camper by Imperial 2 weeks ago & could not be happier with Phil & all the team at Imperial, and with the van. From start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with - no pushy sales, making a couple of small modifications without any bother, and driving out to us (over an hour away) to fix a couple of small teething snags on the van. The workmanship on the fit-out is also excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We bought "Vannie McVan Face" from Imperial Car Centre just under a year ago. We are completely new to the whole campervan scene but fell on our feet using these guys.
Nothing was too much trouble when we bought the van, no pushy salesmen just a very relaxed and friendly environment.
The after sales care has been absolutely amazing, to be honest I've never experienced anything like it. We gone back for a few additions now we have a have a better understanding of what we need.
I can not rate these guys high enough, you will get looked after :-)

I've recently purchased a Caddy Maxi Life from Imperial, and I was very nervous about buying a car I hadn't physically seen from a garage over 100 miles away! I had been shielding for over a year and it was impossible to travel to garage.I needn't have worried. I came across Imperial whilt searching for a Caddy van for use with large dogs, fishing and pending house build. Adam was brilliant in helping locate, spec and finish the van exactly as I wanted. Given how busy I was, most of the conversations were had by broken texts, inbetween meetings but Adam was happy to do this to fit around me. It was so easy, I did worry at one point if it was too easy to be true. I need not have worried as the van and service were 100% and A Star. Will recommend (and already have done) and will use again.
